I am a
student who is in majoring in accounting and finance in Taylor’s Business
School. I
have done my management accounting group assignment with two of my group
members and I have learnt a lot in this assignment. Two main things that I have
learnt in this group assignment is how to compromise with my group members and
another one is I learnt a lot in how to do the assignment questions which can
help me a lot in final exam. This group assignment is tall about Henry, a
football manufacturer, who produces football of different grades to cater for
the needs of different people.
The learning experience I
learnt is thinking and problem solving skill. Throughout this assignment, I
learnt how to finish a task with my group member even though three of us are
busying doing our own things. I learnt how to cooperate with my group members
about the time we decide to discuss. My members and I are not living in the
same area so to choose a place for us to discuss this assignment is a difficult
task too, but three of us are very understand each other about the transport
and so on, so we choose to discuss online and also set a time that three of us
are free. It is very convenience to three of us and we are not simply discussed
only even we are discussed via Facebook. We had discuss one of the question
until midnight just because we have our own idea, and this shown three of us
are very serious in during this assignment.
The another learning
experience in the process of attempting this assignment I had is discipline of
specific knowledge. Besides that, I have understood that why groups make better
decisions than individual. I can see how different perspectives, constructive
deliberation, questioning, and critical analysis can result in better solutions
and performance. I also think that group assignment is very productivity
because we will remind each other to do the task and also support each other.
This group projects can also help
me in develop skills specific to collaborative efforts, permitting me to
find effective peers to emulate.
In addition, I have learnt
the communication skill. I have also understood more in this module when I
discuss with my group members. We discuss together and work with content
together to figuring things out by ourselves rather than having answer from
tutor is really letting me learn a lot and understood it deeply. Because when
my members do not understand the question or how the answer appear I will explain
to them and when I am trying to explain things to my members or argue for an
answer, that make me have a deeper levels of understanding.
